3. User Responsibilities

Comply with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms used through our services (including WhatsApp Business API / Meta policies)

Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you

You are solely responsible for the content of communications sent through our platform and for ensuring compliance with applicable messaging regulations (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and any local data protection laws).

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance
Unforeseen technical issues
Outages affecting third-party services we rely on
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials on our platform — including software, designs, logos, and documentation — are the property of BizAutomation or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any errors or interruptions in automated workflows

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
